Instant Pot
Instapot basmati rice:
1 cup rice, rinse until clear, soak in water (1:1.5 ratio). Soak for 15 mins. Add a drop of olive oil, pinch of salt, mix.
Place in Instapot with water inside main pot. Don’t forget to cover the inner rice vessel before covering with Instapot lid.
Pressure cook for 6 mins, after the beeps, pressure release in exactly 9-10 mins. Not more than that. Wait for 20 mins to consume.
