Upgrades & Pricing

  • What upgrades come included at the base price vs. which are considered premium or optional?
  • Are there any upgrade packages or bulk upgrade discounts for early buyers?
  • Can we customize the layout or finishes, and what are the associated costs?
  • Are there any upcoming changes in material or design standards that could impact pricing?

Incentives & Financing

  • What early-buyer incentives or discounts are currently offered, and how long do they last?
  • Are there closing cost assistance programs available?
  • Can you explain the specific incentives tied to the Model 2 plan?
  • What loan products does the preferred lender offer, and what are the current interest rates?
  • Are there rate buy-down options through the developer or lender?
  • Are there any lender-specific incentives, such as gift cards, lower fees, or appraisal exemptions?

Construction & Timeline

  • What is the projected completion date for the home at 418? For subsequent phases like 325 or 345?
  • What contingencies are in place if the builder faces construction delays?
  • How and when will we be updated on construction progress?
  • Are there any upcoming development phases planned beyond the initial releases?

Solar & Sustainability

  • Is solar standard or optional, and what is the additional cost if optional?
