- Can we customize the layout or finishes, and what are the associated costs?
- Are there any upcoming changes in material or design standards that could impact pricing?
Incentives & Financing
- What early-buyer incentives or discounts are currently offered, and how long do they last?
- Are there closing cost assistance programs available?
- Can you explain the specific incentives tied to the Model 2 plan?
- What loan products does the preferred lender offer, and what are the current interest rates?
